Spiked Webbing Stretcher (Groove End) Osborne No. 869B
This Spiked Webbing Stretcher is designed to stretch webbing and fabric and can be used to lift and move carpet in restricted areas where the normal carpet stretching tool cannot be used. Hardwood maple handle and one row of 6 sharpened steel pins at other end.
Similar to the Rubber Ended no. 255 but with a Grooved end.
