The Osborne Swivel Button Die & Cutter consists of a three piece swivel action die and long cutter. This button die set is designed for use with the Osborne No. W4 Pneumatic Button covering machine and foot operated W2.
– The Light Die & Cutter is for very light fabrics such as silk
– Use the Medium Die & Cutter for most fabrics – this is the most commonly purchased category
– Use the Heavy Die & Cutter for fabrics such as leather & canvas.
Button Size Conversion
The system used for measuring button sizes originates from an ancient French calculation that is called ‘Lignes’ and should not be confused with millimeters. Please refer to the button making homepage for the conversion table.
