Button Short Cutter for W1 & W3
A Button Short cutter is used to cut out a circular patch of fabric which is then used for button covering. The button cutters here are universal and will therefore work in the W1 & W3 machines as well as by hand.
The Osborne extra fine steel cutters will eliminate waste and cut fabric to the correct size required to make perfect fabric covered buttons.
Button Size Conversion
The system used for measuring button sizes originates from an ancient French calculation that is called ‘Lignes’ and should not be confused with millimeters. Please refer to the button making homepage for the conversion table.
