Button Making

C.S. Osborne offers a wide range of button making tools & ancillary parts. The most popular machine is the W1 Lever press but also available are the pneumatic powered W3 & W4 for increased output and productivity. You will need to purchase the correct type of button Die Cutter Sets for each size button. Nail back, threaded nails, double pivot buttons are all available with this section.

Sizing

The system used for measuring button sizes originates from an ancient French calculation that is called ‘Lignes’ and should not be confused with millimeters.
