2 Piece Button Die Set & Short Cutter
The Osborne two piece Button Die Set and Cutter is made from forged steel and is designed to fit the Osborne W1 Button Covering Machine and the W3 Pneumatic Button Press .
Set Buttons The Professional Way
- The Light Die & Cutter is for very light fabrics such as silk.
- Use the Medium Die & Cutter for most fabrics (this is the most commonly purchased category).
- Use the Heavy Die & Cutter for fabrics such as leather & canvas.
- For use with W1 Lever Press and W3 Pneumatic Press
The system used for measuring button sizes originates from an ancient French calculation that is called ‘Lignes’ and should not be confused with millimeters. Please refer to the button making homepage for the conversion table.
