These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you can use our website and place orders for items from H Webber & Sons. By ordering goods from H Webber & Sons you are deemed to have understood and accepted these terms.
All prices are in pounds sterling and are excluding VAT; VAT will be added at the current rate at checkout.

Returns Policy

All goods are checked before despatch. In the unlikely event of faulty or damaged goods being received please notify us within 7 days to arrange return.

If you are unsatisfied with your goods for any reason you may return them to us within 14 days for a refund or an exchange. Just ensure the goods are in their original packaging (where appropriate) and unused.

When returning goods for any reason please ensure you obtain a proof of posting as we cannot be held responsible for non receipt of items.

Your Cancellation Rights. Under the ‘Distance Selling Regulations 2000’ you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt, providing you inform us of your cancellation within those 7 days. If you choose to do so, you are responsible for the postage incurred in returning your order.

At the moment we use Paypal© and SagePay as our money handling agents for goods purchased on the website. We always issue refunds via the original method of payment. Please be aware that though we will issue refund on the day that goods are returned to us, Paypal© refunds transactions can on occasion take up to 30 days to be completed.

Carriage, postage and packing is a non refundable service, unless H Webber & Sons Ltd. have incorrectly shipped these items or the item is faulty.

Warranty Policy

We uphold the guarantees given by C.S. Osborne & Co & Rapid UK Ltd and their exchange policies are to be used for product replacement only where we are satisfied that the product returned has a manufacturers defect. This does not cover misuse or accidental damage. No exchange credit can be used for a cash refund, and we do not cover the carriage costs incurred in returning goods. We offer exchange policy for other suppliers by negation only.

H Webber & Sons are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining the security of any personal information received from you.
We do not sell, rent or exchange your personal information with any third party for commercial reasons. We follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access in accordance with the UK data protection legislation.
We do not collect sensitive information about you except when you specifically knowingly provide it. In order to maintain the accuracy of our database, you can check, update or remove your details by contacting us at accounts@hwebber.co.uk
